Rule 1: guests ÷ 75

Up to ~4 hours: 1 standard unit per 75 guests at peak, rounded up. 100 guests → 2.

Rule 2: alcohol

Add exactly 1 unit for every 4. Chart says 4 → order 5. Chart says 8 → order 10.

Rule 3: accessibility

5% of each cluster must be accessible, minimum 1. 12 units → 1 ADA unit.

Rule 4: hand-washing

1 hand-wash station per 10 toilets, and always one where food is served.

Rule 5: long events

Over 8 hours? Add a mid-event service visit to pump and restock.
