Short answer: most remodels use one standard unit on the driveway, billed every 28 days with weekly service—for example $247.20 for the first 28 days, $205 per later period and $29 removal. Check HOA rules first, and keep the unit where our truck can reach it.

Who arranges it—you or your contractor?
Either. Many contractors order it; homeowners sometimes rent directly to keep crews out of the house bathroom. Whoever rents it is the account holder for billing and removal.
Where it can go
- Driveway corner is the default—level, reachable, out of the way of deliveries.
- Side yard only if the gate is at least 48″ clear (the unit is 43.5″ wide on a dolly) and the hose can reach.
- Street placement needs city permission—avoid it if you can.
- Not on a slope, sprinkler heads or septic lids.
HOAs
Master-planned communities such as Rancho Viejo near Brownsville, Tres Lagos in McAllen and Sharyland Plantation in Mission may regulate placement and duration. Ask for approval in writing; we’ll provide unit dimensions and the service schedule.
How long and how much
| Remodel length | Example total before tax |
|---|---|
| 1 cycle (28 days) | $247.20 + $29 removal = $276.20 |
| 2 cycles (56 days) | $247.20 + $205 + $29 = $481.20 |
| 3 cycles (84 days) | $247.20 + $205 + $205 + $29 = $686.20 |
When the job ends
Ongoing rentals renew every 28 days until you call for removal—put a reminder on the final-inspection date.
