Long-term & monthly porta potty rental
Long-term rentals for construction, farms, properties and businesses. The unit stays on site in 28-day billing cycles and renews until you call for removal. Weekly cleaning is standard; lightly used sites can ask for a custom schedule. We recommend weekly service from May to September.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a porta potty per month?
It depends on location, unit and cleaning schedule. A lightly used property was quoted $199 per month plus $73 delivery: $272 the first month, then $199, with once-monthly cleaning. A construction site was $247.20 for the first 28 days, then $205 per 4 weeks with weekly cleaning.
Is “monthly” a calendar month?
Ongoing rentals are billed in 28-day cycles, so you’ll see 13 cycles in a year rather than 12. Your quote states the billing period.
Can I keep it as long as I need?
Yes. Keep renting until you’re done, then call to arrange removal. Some ongoing rentals carry a removal fee (e.g., $29). We rent units; we don’t sell them.
Can I choose less frequent cleaning?
For low-use properties, a custom schedule is possible—one customer chose once-monthly cleaning. We recommend weekly service during the hot months because odor develops faster.
