Wedding restroom rentals: deluxe units & trailers
For weddings we usually recommend deluxe flushable units—flush toilet, sink, soap and towels with no water hookup needed—or, for larger and evening receptions, a restroom trailer with running water and air conditioning. Trailers need a garden-hose connection and a 110-volt outlet at the venue. Units are delivered the day before the wedding.

Deluxe units or a restroom trailer?
Choose deluxe flushing units when…
- The venue has no hose bib or free outlet
- The lawn is soft or the drive is narrow
- You have up to about 100 guests
- You want units spread around a large property
Choose a restroom trailer when…
- The reception runs into the evening or a hot afternoon (it has A/C)
- You have 100+ guests in one area
- A truck can back onto a firm, level spot
- The venue offers a hose bib and a 110-volt outlet
Full dimensions for every unit are on the rentals overview.
A simple checklist for couples and planners
- Final guest count and reception length
- Alcohol served? (adds 1 unit per 4)
- Any guest who uses a wheelchair → add a Comfort XL or ADA unit
- Trailer only if the venue has a hose bib and a free 110-volt outlet
- Shade and a lit path for evening receptions
- Separate standard unit for vendors and catering

Ranch, resaca and backyard venues
Many Valley weddings and quinceañeras are held at ranches, event lawns, resaca-side properties and family backyards with no guest restrooms. Receptions are hot and humid most of the year, so a trailer’s air conditioning matters from April to October. Caliche drives and soft lawns after rain are common: walk the route a delivery truck will take, and tell us about low branches, narrow gates or ditches.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best porta potty for a wedding?
Agents usually recommend the deluxe flushable unit: flush toilet, urinal, internal sink, soap, paper towels and toilet paper, with its own water supply. For 150+ guests or an evening reception, a restroom trailer with A/C is the upgrade—if the venue has a hose bib and 110-volt power.
How many restrooms for a 150-guest wedding?
For a 6-hour reception with alcohol: baseline 3 units (150 guests × 6 hours) plus 1 for alcohol = 4 units, or one 2-stall trailer plus 2 deluxe units. Add a standard unit for catering staff if they’re on site all day.
Will the units be there before the ceremony?
Yes—wedding units are delivered the day before a Saturday event and collected Sunday or Monday. We don’t guarantee night or event-morning delivery, so plan for the day before.
