What we collect

When you submit our quote form, we collect what you type: delivery ZIP code, rental type, dates, unit preference, approximate headcount, name, phone number, optional email address and placement or access notes. The form also records the page URL you submitted from. When you call us, we note the details you give us to prepare a quote.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, by phone, text or email.
To schedule delivery, service and pickup, and to contact you about your rental.
To keep business records such as invoices and service records.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes form submissions

Quote-form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Web3Forms receives the form content in order to forward it to us. Payment card details are never collected through this website.

Cookies, analytics and embedded content

This website does not set advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The map on our Contact page loads from Google Maps only when you click to load it; Google’s privacy policy applies to that content. Web stories load components from the AMP Project CDN.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and rental records as long as needed to provide service and meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, call (956) 396‑3637 or send a request through our contact form.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging rentals and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the effective date above.
