Standard porta potty rental
Our standard unit is the PolyJohn PJN3: 43.5″ wide, 47″ deep and 91″ tall, with a 60-gallon tank, a urinal, two toilet-paper rolls and a vent stack. It is the right choice for backyard parties, short events, job sites and farms. Event units arrive the day before and are picked up after; job-site units are cleaned every week.

Standard toilet with an internal sink
Same footprint, plus hand-washing inside.
If you need hand-washing but don’t want a separate station, ask for the standard toilet with an internal sink. Our agents confirm it is standalone—no water hookup from you. It has a foot-pump sink, soap and paper towels in addition to toilet paper.
Real quote: a short business rental of one internal-sink unit was $292 plus tax, with delivery and pickup included.
When not to choose it: for 100+ users in a day, the onboard sink water runs low—add a freestanding hand-wash station or a mid-event service.

Where a standard unit makes sense
Backyard parties
Birthday parties, graduations and BBQs where guests would otherwise use the house bathroom. One unit for up to about 75 guests over 4 hours.
Short-term rentals →Construction & remodels
The default job-site unit. OSHA 1926.51 requires 1 for up to 20 workers and 1 per 40 above that, serviced weekly.
Construction rentals →Farms & properties
Field crews, ranches, RV lots and vacant lots. Low-use sites can request a custom service schedule.
Long-term rentals →Will it fit?
A standard unit needs a level spot about 4 ft × 4 ft, plus room in front for the door to open. It travels on a dolly, so a side gate needs at least 48″ of clear width; measure at the narrowest point, including latches and posts. If the gate is narrower, the driveway is the better spot.
Frequently asked questions
How many uses does a standard porta potty hold?
We plan on about 200 uses per 60-gallon tank between services. A crew of 10 working 40-hour weeks fits comfortably with weekly service; a busy event with alcohol fills faster.
Will a standard unit fit through my side gate?
The PJN3 is 43.5″ wide and 47″ deep. It is moved on a dolly, so a gate with at least 48″ of clear width is the practical minimum. Measure the narrowest point, including latches and posts.
Does it come with toilet paper and hand sanitizer?
Every unit is delivered stocked with toilet paper. Event units have also been supplied with hand sanitizer. If hand-washing matters, choose the internal-sink version or add a hand-wash station.
Can a standard unit be used for a whole month?
Yes. Ongoing rentals are billed in 28-day cycles with weekly cleaning and renew until you call for removal. See long-term rentals.
