Restroom trailer rental for weddings & events
Our restroom trailers have flushing toilets, running-water sinks and air conditioning—the closest thing to an indoor bathroom for a wedding, reception or corporate event. Choose a two-stall trailer for smaller guest lists or the 4-station Satellite Suites trailer for up to about 350 guests. Your site needs a garden-hose water connection and a 110-volt outlet.

Before you book a trailer
- Water: a working hose bib within reach—tell us the distance.
- Power: a 110-volt outlet on its own circuit, or a generator plan.
- Access: room for a truck to back the trailer in; no low branches over the path.
- Ground: firm and level. Wet lawn in winter and spring is risky.
- Timing: delivery the day before a Saturday event; pickup Sunday or Monday.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a restroom trailer cost for one day?
Trailers are quoted as an event arrangement, not by the hour. A recent two-stall trailer quote was $2,500, delivered before a Saturday event and collected Sunday or Monday. Pricing depends on the trailer, the site, distance and dates.
Do I need water and electricity for a restroom trailer?
Yes. The two-stall trailer we quote needs a garden-hose water connection and 110-volt power on site. If the venue has neither, tell us before booking so we can discuss options; confirm requirements for the exact trailer on your quote.
How many guests can a trailer handle?
Satellite rates its 6×14 4-station trailer at roughly 1,400 uses and up to 350 guests, with a 200-gallon fresh-water tank and 400-gallon waste tank. A two-stall trailer suits smaller weddings and VIP areas.
Is a restroom trailer wheelchair-accessible?
The trailers in our photos have steps, so they are not wheelchair-level. Pair a trailer with an ADA-compliant unit placed nearby.
How much space does the delivery truck need?
The 4-station trailer is 19 ft long including the tongue and 9′2″ wide with steps down; add room for the truck to back it in. Soft lawn after rain is a problem—choose a firm, level pad.
